Hi
I bought my Charge 2 at the end of November last year (Less than 3 months ago) and my band is already starting to bubble. What can I do to have the band replaced? buying a new band is not an option for me at the moment and it is just unacceptable that a brand new fitbit needs a new band after such a short time.
Your response is highly appreciated.

You should be able to get a replacement through the warranty. First step is to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I received a replacement band because the original fell apart within a year. I received the replacement in August last year and it started to fell apart again within three months. I just ran out of warranty last November when the replacement band started to bubble.
Is there any way to get a new band again or I am stuck with these faulty straps?

Under the terms of the warranty any replacement bands are only covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. In other words, replacements don't get a new, 1 year warranty.
Although it sounds like you will not be covered I recommend contacting customer support anyway to see if there's anything they can do to help/

Just sent a mail to support. I am very interested in their reply because I honestly think that I should be entitled to a replacement again.

They offered a replace referring to a two years guarantee. I thought there is only one year coverage for this product.

It depends where you are. It runs for 2 years in Europe but 1 year elsewhere.
