Charge 2 Blank Screen But green lights on

Charge 2 screen went black. The green lights on still. I tried charging, restarting but no luck. It vibrates and shows working on app. Any ideas???

I am having the same issue with my Charge2.  I completed all of the troubleshooting steps and it still doing the same thing.

i’m experiencing the same problem all of a sudden, since I last charged it. 
i’ve tried the suggested repair techniques but still waiting for it to come  back to life.

Wow! I cant believe all of these units are doing the same thing.  Mine was working fine i charged it it went blank and now nothing.  It still works with the app and i can feel it buzz but no screen.  Somebody mentioned a timed failure.  Sounds like another thing like the apple phone built in battery failure in their SW.  Apple responded by replacing the battery and changing the software.   FIT BIT what is your response?  This is BS

I have tried everything, twice. And the screen is still black. So disappointed.. live my fitbit.

My Fitbit only had this problem since this evening as I remember one point looking at my watch in work today and it working. I've tried the different resetting things that I've seen you write and nothing seems to be helping. I've got it on charge and thought I'd put it on over night. But I could feel like it was working as it still vibrated and green lights were on. And it was shown to have been connected with my app.

I haven’t heard of any Charge 2 recovering from this. All I can recommend
is use it with the app as long as it still transfers data to it and look
for a replacement on sale. When mine went I chatted with customer service
on their website and got a discount on a new purchase. My wife bought a
new Charge 3 on sale at SAM’s club. She doesn’t remember what went wrong
with her’s but likes her Charge 3.

My fitbit charge 2 screen is blank. Green lights still work. Device still syncs with my fitbit account.  How can I get my screen to work.

You can’t. If you are within the 1 year warranty call customer service immediately. They will make you try a few things that don’t work. Then they send a replacement. If you outside of the warranty they will offer 25% off you next purchase. I did the latter and got the charge3. It has been good for a year so probably about ready to break.

I contacted Fitbit Customer Service and they said that once it was beyond the warranty they was nothing they could do. That said, I’ve heard that other people have been offered replacements and now discounts. Obviously their follow-up isn’t consistent. Really disappointed as I really liked my device.

I have not heard of any fix for this. I noticed last night my daughter’s
charge 2 was still working fine. She wants to upgrade because my Ionic and
my wife’s charge 3 measure our blood oxygen levels while we sleep. It has
become one of our favorite things to check each morning. Mainly because I
have better readings than her and she is competitive. I also get a better
sleep score. Downside is I have to listen to her complain that I sleep
less and have better readings.

I have tried all the fixes and the screen is still blank. I thought trying to disconnect and reconnect the device might help but of course I get to the point where it asks to enter the passcode and I can’t see it on the screen. So now I am completely stuck.

Prior to disconnecting it was showing as fully charged. Green lights are on and the vibration happens but no screen.

Well, I contacted support and their fix was to send me a 10% coupon to go
buy a new one.

Yes I don’t recommend doing a reset because of this. I haven’t heard of any
fix for this. Just use as is with app which is no longer an option for you.
Chat with Fitbit to try for a discount or look for a sale.
