I havnt used my charge 2 for 8ish months. Used it yesterday for thr day and realised it was showing wrong date and time. Reinstalled the app on my phone and reconnected the fitbit. Took a long time and once connected the screen went black. It was fully charged and the green light on the back are flashing but it will not switch on or vibrate when connecting to the charger. It's out of warranty but worked fine until I connected it back to the app. Any ideas

Let me help you with your Charge 2 showing a blank screen. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.

Best AnswerHi. I have tried this and it did not work
Best AnswerHi I started having issues with my display yesterday as well. Yesterday it was a scrambled screen which I was able to fix with restarting the device, however this morning the display doesn't show anything any longer. After restarting, logging out of Fitbit, turning off the bluetooth, etc it still does not show anything. Is this related to a firmware update?
