Over the last several weeks my Charge 2 HR monitor during exercise has been acting strange. When I am in clear high HR range it is reading a low number and when in moderate or low exercise cycle it is reading much too high. IT does seem to settle down after about 30 mins into my exercise routine. Results are overly exaggerated workout. I've tried resetting the device several time and wearing it tighter, but still the same results. The device is 21/2 yrs old. Might be time for a new one. Any help or suggestions will be great!

@JeffL01 Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 reading a high heart rate and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
