Hasn't synced since Jan 21st at 5:43am. I have reset this multiple times. It's not working. My husband is also having problems with his Charge 2 as well. It is not syncing anything it is tracking such as sleep, steps, heartbeat, activity, etc.... Really frustrating. Ugh.

I also have a Charge 2 that had not synced since yesterday. Does anyone know how to tell if the fitbit side of things is not working? My fitbit had been working perfectly till today.

My Charge 2 has not synced since Friday, January 18th. It has always given me grief. I bought the dongle. . . didn't work. I downloaded the app. . . didn't work. I downloaded the computer app. . . did work but now it says it can't find the fitbit. I'm really hating all the time I waste trying to get this thing to work properly. Guess I keep trying to turn it off to reset it. That usually works but did not this time. Also, you have to make sure bluetooth is on for it to sync.

Mine hasn't synced since yesterday either, I tried all of their troubleshoots too, restart the device, restart Bluetooth, restart phone, connect to computer nothing. SO my last try was to disconnect the device completely and set it up again and it won't even do that.
Side Note: This is my 3rd Fitbit device in 3 years and literally, as it passes the 1-year mark they stop syncing completely. My 2nd Fitbit died on Jan 14 2018.

My Fitbit Charge 2 screen will not come on when I rotate my wrist. It does though, when I tap the screen. It worked fine yesterday.

The same thing happened to me. My second Fitbit just stopped syncing at the 1 year mark. First Fitbit did the same

Mine had not synced in 5 days. I tried uninstalling the app but I can't even find it on my list of programs. So I shut down my computer and restarted it. This worked! It finally synced. So if you have not yet tried powering off the device and restarting it, that might be the trick to get it going again. Just remember to make sure bluetooth powered back on. It constantly goes off on my laptop but I think that is an issue with my internet service cutting in and out. Good luck!

After 2 failed attempts to restart my tracker, I then updated my Fitbit App, uninstalled it, reinstalled it and restarted my phone. I'm not sure all those things worked together to get the Charge 2 syncing again or one specific thing. I'm back on track, FINALLY!!

@Bandittimmins did you do a fitbit update or a phone update? because I did both and neither worked.
Also in order for me to re-pair my charge 2 to my phone I had to pair it through my computer, very annoying I can't even sync through my phone at all, I have to sync through my computer and it's very frustrating. I too called customer support and they told me that my phone isn't compatible with Fitbit because it's too new, I have the brand new LG G7 One so it's "experimental" in their words. But I'm fully upgraded to Android 9 so it shouldn't be a problem but it is. And Apparently not fixable until there is a new update to include my phone.

Thanks for the welcome and the info. I beleive my problem is in my computer not the device itself. I have to re-start the computer and turn on bluetooth periodically. I just need to remember that this is the solution that seems to work over others.

I appreciate your response @Andrea145! Is your computer using Windows 10?If so, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app on it? Please give a try.
Also, I want to thank you for trying to restart your computer and it's Bluetooth.
Let me know how it goes!

My FitBit Charge 2 had not synced since Jan. 20 (Sun). Now, Sat. Jan. 26, I have read all comments. I checked to make sure BlueTooth was on. Then I deleted the FitBit app and reinstalled it. Then I turned my Apple phone off and back on and now it is syncing. Pull down to force a sync! Good luck with yours! Gotta get credit for those steps!
