Hasn't synced since Jan 21st at 5:43am. I have reset this multiple times. It's not working. My husband is also having problems with his Charge 2 as well. It is not syncing anything it is tracking such as sleep, steps, heartbeat, activity, etc.... Really frustrating. Ugh.

Try to re-pair the watch. Long press blueBluet icon in movile. Try this option.
Long press watch button, charge watch ,to keep ON. 4 digit code should appear. It is similar to when u set it up initially.
The only both app and watch pairs...
My guess is these things happen when mob. Operating system updates along with Bluetooth updates.
Try are see if it helps

Thanks for your reply. Do you mean switch off Bluetooth first? There is no long press button for Bluetooth on iPhone! I cannot see 4 digit number on charge 2. Anyway, my husband has no other device on Bluetooth, and his charge2 and iPhone are re-paired this morning. We shall see what happens during next sleep time. Thank you.

Hi kayerichb, have a look through the posts on this thread, and see if any of the moderator solutions are relevant to your problem. I’m still struggling with my husband’s charge2 not recording sleep details. 🙁

I use android. iOS could be similar. Look for Bluetooth symbol in mobile setting. Long press. U will be able to see paired devices. If Fitbit is already there. Unpaired/ delete.
For re -pairing, u have to sync again. Keep the charge 2 on. Keep pressing button. U should see four digits and the pair both of them as u did at the first use of Fitbit.
It worked for me with some experimentation!!.

I am having the same problem since the Fitbit App updated the login and site. In the past as long as I longed into the app it automatically would sync and my time would change to local time when traveling. It has not done so.

Hey @crsh, thanks for post some tips to fix this inconveniences. I'm pretty sure this will help other users with the same issue, to solve it.
@tenaj76, how is it going? Is your Charge 2 syncing and recording your sleep data correctly?
@Kayerichb, welcome aboard! If your Charge 2 is not syncing, please try the troubleshooting in the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
@Patudi, welcome! Haven't you changed some settings on the app, like the "all day sync". Please take a look and let me know!
I'll be around!

Thank you for enquiring. No, the problem remains the same. My husband s charge2 will not give sleep details. We can only think that he is very unlucky, and that particular version of Fitbit just won’t work on him 🙁.

Hello everybody, unfortunatelly also my Charge 2 stop syncing. It's last syncs was the 26 January.
It's a bit frustrating because I tried everything (after read the Fitbit guide of things to do), from trying to sync with Windows 10 to reinstall the Fitbit App on my Android (after cleaning the cache and remove all the internal memory): it doesn't want to sync.
I get to the screen where it ask me for the numbers (and the numbers appears on the Charge 2 screen, but then I write them on the form and it keeps trying to sync until it say there was a problem... I don't know what else to try.
I try to reset the fitbit but the instructions were so complex that I give up... Do you think it's the tracker that it's broken or I should wait to a new update of the App?

Hi, isn’t it frustrating?!! My husband has had an ongoing problem with sleep tracking, for months. Suddenly, out of the blue, his phone showed that his sleep last night had the details of light, rem, awake and deep sleep!!! Unbelievable! We remembered that there was an iOS update to 12.1.3 yesterday. I bet that was it. We are very pleased, and hope that it continues, so not a one off, and also that it turns out to be the solution for all the other people who have this problem. 😁

Please try once by giving your tracker to him which you are presently wearing ( since you say no problems with your data and sync). Monitor his sleep data through your mobile app. Etc . This is to narrow down other probable causes.

Hey @tenaj76, oh! I appreciate the update, sounds awesome that your husband's Charge 2 is recording the sleep stages fine now. Thanks for the iOS update tip.
@crsh, I appreciate you keep sharing the tips that work for you my friend. Hope they also help other users with the same inconvenience, to solve it.
Thanks for taking the time to make your Charge 2 sync, @SantiagoG. In order to restart your Charge 2, you just have to follow these easy instructions, please give it a try.
1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You'll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker's display. Your Charge 2 will begin charging.
4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for four seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
6. Try to sync and let me know if that works.
I'll be around!

Hello Heydy, unfortunately it didn't worked.
I re-try again since yesterday my phone updated the February patch but it return always the same error.
After I digit the 4 pin numbers that the Charge2 gives me the phone keeps rolling and then tell me there was a error. It does the same on my Windows 10 machine.
I don't know what else to do 😞
PS: another curious thing is that my phone stopped to list the Charge2 in the "previous connected devices" under Bluetooth Settings. It's like the device disconnected himself and since then it wont connect again 😕
PPS: my phone and computer bluetooth works well since they connect with other bluetooth devices. I though stopped every other BT connection before trying to connect the Charge2.
