Charge 2 Reset Date and Time

Hi.  My Fitbit is stuck on November 8, 2016 with a time currently of 10:57 a.m.   However, it is approximately 2:19 p.m. on November 9, 2016. 

How do I reset please?

@esmerae, reset it to what? Is the time not correct? How for off?, Is ypur tomezone correct?

When was the last time that the tracker synced? This is usually all that is needed to do?
