Hi Community!
Looking for some help here.... as of the last month my FitBit has been hardly readable... the screen is very dim, looks like almost all of the lights have gone dim and many are out completely.
For reference, I cannot read anything, I can faintly make out the time if I am in the right lighting environment, but that's about it.
Battery still holds a fine charge (5-6+ days), so I do not believe that to be the problem. No water damage, no trauma either... very disappointing as my parents have had their Charge 2s for 4-5 months longer than I have and theirs are completely fine.
Any help/ideas? I appreciate anything that may point me in the right direction.
Thanks!
Richie
