Ever since the new update to track REM sleep, my Charge is entirely inaccurate with my sleep calculations, to the point that this device is now worthless as a sleep tracker. The reason I bought a Charge 2 was to track my sleep, so this is not acceptable for my needs. It used to show me as being in "light sleep" when I was awake but not up walking around frequently, and "deep sleep" for anything else (including light sleep), but would at least calculate only the deep sleep hours as my total sleep. It's now showing me as being in "light sleep" or "REM sleep" when I'm awake but not up walking around, but it's showing those as my total sleep. For example, if I am sitting up in bed reading a book for 3 hours, it's now logging that toward my total sleep. Is there a way to set the app back to the pre-REM tracking version? Otherwise, how do I return the device after owning it several months?

Hi
It's not possible to revert the tracker's software to a previous version.
Feel free restarting the tracker if not already done, hopefully tracking sleep correctly next time.
Restart the tracker

Have the same problem. Resetting does not help. When registrering REM sleep I am actualy awake.

Same issue with my Versa 2. I was wide awake and moving at 4 am and even had my arm up in front of my face looking at it at 4am and it shows that I was in REM from 3:37am to 4:11. I was wide awake that entire time. I have sleep issues so this is very frustrating for me to not get accurate sleep readings 😞
