Charge 2 Will Not Sync

My Charge 2 will not sync with my iPhone 8. I have tried turning off and on bluetooth on my phone, restarted my phone and the Fitbit device, and redownloaded the Fitbit app. Nothing has worked. 

If anyone has any other suggestions for a solution, it would be much appreciated.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
