Any updates from FitBit on the cracked screens on the Charge 2? Mine cracked on the charger overnight and it's now completely useless. Can't sync, the heart rate monitor stays on constantly and drains the battery without counting steps, etc. I'm sure I'm out of warranty. This is the second FitBit I've purchased in 3 years. I doubt a discount on another FitBit that randomly breaks will convince me to rebuy this brand. It's a shame since this was so easy to use. My first Charge lost connectivity with the plug in charger and needed to be replaced with in 14 months of buying it and this one only made it slightly longer.
