My charge 2 app isn't syncing or working at all. Keeps saying no steps are recorded or anything. My Fitbit is working fine. I've restarted my phone, reinstalled the Fitbit app. Nothing is working. I keep losing challenges because of my app not working.

Hey @SunsetRunner, it is great to see new faces around! Thanks for trying some tips to make your Charge 2 sync. Could you please tell me, what is the phone model that you are using to sync your Fitbit? Also, I'd like you to update the Fitbit app to the latest version. If still not syncing after that, please review all the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device?

Thanks for your reply @SunsetRunner! The phone model that you have, the Moto E5 Play, is not on the compatible devices list, so I'm afraid that you might experience connectivity issues with your Charge 2. However, if the phone is under testing, you can give it a try to the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? It might work.
