My Charge 3 has a totally blank screen. I have carried out 2 long resets and changed clock face as advised on self help forum. Please advise on how I get a replacement as this was a present last September? Many thanks.

Hi @1980sboy, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen became totally blank and it won't turn. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
