Charged and updated this morning. Then turned off two flashing lights at back. Screen is black wont do anything.

"Won't do anything" covers a lot of ground. Do a Restart if you can and do it several times if necessary. If you can't do a restart, contact Customer Support.

@Bearett72 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't working. Adding to @SunsetRunner's suggestions you could try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
