Charge 2 broke after syncing it

Told by customer service to sync Fitbit.  Hadn't in a year.  Immediately upon finishing, Fitbit goes nuts moving from screen to screen without stopping.

 

Customers said it was just coincidence and I am SOL.  A fitbit works for over 2 years.  I sync and it doesn't.  Customer service has gone downhill,  since I called two years ago.   Last fitbit for me and the family with this poor customer support.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't working anymore. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
