The screen on my charge 2 has a crack from top to bottom in the centre. It hasn't been off my wrist so hasn't been dropped or banged. My neiggbour also had the same happen a few months ago. Is this a known fault. It's about 2 years old.

did you get a response to this? The same thing has happened to mine friends, both are 2 years old and were purchased in a week of each other

I went on the Fitbit website and explained the problem. Having accepted the problem it was forwarded to customer services. The next day I received an email to say they were sorry and gave me a code to get 35% off selected new ones. I took advantage of their offer and have ordered a Versa 2.
