Charge 2 button stuck

My Fitbit charge kept vibrating and when i looked it was as though someone had the notification button held as was turning on/off continuously.  I've tried the live chats but no luck! I have since charged my device as the battery icon stayed on the screen after charging,  then the notification thing started again before powering itself off! Now i can't get it to power back up

Let me help you with your Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. As you mentioned the suggested troubleshoot is restarting your device. Since the issue persist and you already have a ticket with Support I ask you to keep working with them to find a solution.
