Charge 2 buzzing continuously

My charge 2 has started continuously buzzing. Will not stop.  Turned off all notifications in app.  Turned off on device.  Help!  I'm afraid it will burn out the device by overheating it.

Hello,
I left mine uncharged for two days and took some of the options off the app. It’s now ok.
I totally agree with you regarding the quality of the product. Mine cost £160 and it’s been replaced twice, now the warranty is up and the screen has cracked again they offered my 25% off. I wouldn’t give them any more money.
Try leaving it uncharged for a few days. This might work.

Hi

Tried leaving it off charge for a few days and then tried a restart. A whole series of number scrolled through the screen and then it died completely. I thought I would raise these continual quality issues with Fitbits with Trading Standards, after all you would expect a fitness tracker to be reasonably resilient.

Hello
After letting the battery run out and leaving it for a week, when I recharged it seems to be ok.
Thanks

@Juliemu I hope you are doing fine and thank you for the update.

Really happy to hear that your tracker is working after you left it unused for a week. Hopefully you are already back on tracker and reaching your fitness goals.

Happy stepping and stay safe.

Unfortunately it now won’t sync.
I’ve reset the watch, turned off the Bluetooth and reconnect. Connected it to my pc. Can you help with any other things to try.
Thanks

Fitbit 2 starts buzzing and won’t stop when battery level is half.  Resetting doesn’t help.  Letting sit 2-3 days will allow recharging, but at half charge it starts buzzing again.  This unit is only 2 months old.  Very disappointed.
