Yesterday I noticed that my charge 2 screen was blank without the low battery indicator. I placed it on the charger for two hours took it off and it indicated a full battery. A few minutes later the screen went blank again. I looked under some forms as to what would be the cause and it said to restart. I put it on the charger had to restart for four seconds as indicated nothing happened I held it for 12 seconds the version did pop up to 22.55.2. I then left it on the charger for two hours and the same thing occurred . Now each time when I plug it in the version flashes on the screen before it begins to charge says that it’s fully charge left it on overnight took it off lasted for about 10 minutes and the screen is black again. Anyone else experiencing or have any idea what’s going

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging properly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.

I am having the same issues--charge it fully and once I wear it --it goes black/dead in 5 minutes.
