Charge 2 chatter alias option

• Hi! When i bought this watch it showed an option for changing your alias (as far as i can remember) so the chatter gives you personalized notifications. I want to change my alias and I'm not capable of finding a way to do so. Any idea where the option is? Thanks!

Hi @Toxinaa   There are older posts that mention a “Greetings” option in the Charge 2 settings.  The current path to get there is to tap on your device/battery icon, then your Charge 2 tile.  The Device preferences give you the option to turn your chatter on and off.  I don’t see a “Greetings” option.

I’m not sure the moderator’s suggestion will help.  Greetings is a feature that was on a few older models.  Those Help articles are for topics for all users, not limited devices.
