Hello,

I want to know if someone can tell me that this bracelet will be compatible with Oneplus 6T?

Thanks.

Hello @nm_razvan, it is great to see new members around! Only the OnePlus phone model appears on our compatible devices list. However, there are some phone models that don't appear on our compatible devices list but they might work with Fitbit products. We can't guarantee that but you could give it a try. 😉

Let me know if you have further questions!

It is really surprising that Fitbit hasn't moved with the moving market. OnePlus One is more than 4 years old and claiming compatibility only to that model doesn't reflect the right attitude from a comoacolike Fitbit. Ever since I changed my phone to the latest OnePlus 6T, I am facing problems on connected GPS.

@Rsathya Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear about your issues with Connected GPS. Based on your post it seems that your tracker is actually syncing with your phone. If this is correct you can try these troubleshoots for GPS issues with your phone.

Let me know how it goes!

My Blaze is syncing with my OnePlus 6T. But my blaze can not use GPS sensor from my phone. When i start exercise... The blaze finds phone, my phone uses GPS. But my blaze is not recording the gps signals, is says (by bars) the signal with phone is weak (but it isn't).
