Charge 2 connection difficulties

Fitbit is not connected for almost 2 weeks now, same thing happened last year. In 1yrs it's happened twice.

Very disappointed with this fitbit.

Seems odd that your Fitbit device is not connecting, we totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
