Use my Fitbit for spinning and the face has cracked .It is 7 months old .Strap just broken while wearing .Anyone else having same problem ?

My face cracked after 17 months the other day. I emailed them and then sent a photo and they have have agreed to send me a replacement pebble (watchface) They were really quick and easy to deal with.

I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so I wanted to know if they were able to help you with this?
