I've had my Charge 2 since March, and the screen cracked on it today while I was walking on the beach! I'm keeping a close check on my steps while on a walking holiday, and half way down the beach a crack appeared right through the middle of the screen. I've come here for advice and discovered it's a VERY common problem. Please can someone from Fitbit advise...

It is definitely a flaw in the Charge 2. So many people have experienced the same thing. The crack in mine happened right outside of my one year warranty. Fitbit did replace that one but the new one did it too. Fitbit would not replace it. They gave me 25% off for a new one. Definitely did not like that solution as I am very careful with my Fitbit.
