Hello 

 

it seems the charge 2 has a design flaw as many of the screens have cracked randomly. This has just happened to my husband and myself. What is Fitbit planning on doing to address this??

Let me help you with your damaged Charge 2 screen. For physical damage you can let our Support team know as they are the ones who can review the issue and provide options. I have created a ticket so our Support team can assist you via email.
