Loved my fitbit but the screen is cracking at one side. Seems to be wrapping. Can they be replaced

Hi @Katrinacc no, these screens can't be replaced. There are third party places that do varioius screen replacements, but it might cost as much as a new device.

Let me help you with your damaged Charge 2 screen. As @Odyssey13 said the screen isn't replaceable but I have created a ticket so our Support team can review the issue and see what options they may have for you. They will be assisting you via email.

I also have a cracked screen. The crack runs vertically down nearly the center of the plastic face of the device above the display. The display is fine and functions normally. My concern is if this becomes worse affecting the screen or water gets into the display.
