Charge 2 damaged strap

Bought my charge two just over two years ago , during that time Fitbit have replaced the strap on six occasions due to blistering on the strap. The last replacement was in June which had also blistered. Contacted Fitbit who told me the tracker was out of warranty. Now there’s nothing wrong with the tracker just the strap , obviously there is a problem which Fitbit can’t seem to be able to understand or fix. As it’s out of warranty Fitbit won’t replace the strap even though the latest failed after two months. While in warranty, great but out of warranty , very poor. Surely after two months the strap should not have failed. I’m now awaiting a new one from Amazon which incidentally is a fraction of price from the Fitbit one. I was a Fitbit fan but after this latest failure for them to understand that it should have lasted longer than two months, well, I’m disappointed.  Just a warning about them

@Railton Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

Thank you for your feedback about the Charge 2 bands. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi I wasn’t asking for a replacement tracker which is out of warranty , just the strap they provided only two months ago, the tracker is working fine.you must admit a strap should last longer than two months , it’s not fit for purpose !
