Charge 2 display is gone

Hi, I need help. My charge 2 display is gone suddenly. It vibrates when I press the key and the green light at the back is showing up occasionally but no display.

Let me help you with this. Please restart your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

I have tried your methode because i have the same problem. It  didn’t work what cab i do now?

Did that before I posted the query. Did it again and nothing. I should
mention at two separate times, randomly, the display started showing but
within minutes was gone again.

It buzes wel and count the steps but the battery is also diing fast.

What did Support tell you? I suggest you follow their instructions and keep them up to date with the results so they can provide options.
