Over a couple of weeks my screen has faded so much I now can't see anything, I tried to change the brightness a number of times, still nothing.

Hi @windywendy, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before to posting over here. If the screen of your Charge 2 is too dim, please try our restart process following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:
Keep me posted.
Best AnswerHi, I have tried what you suggested, but nothing, I felt the vibration when I connected the charger and after I held the button, still nothing on the screen. Thanks Wendy
Me too. Have tried the restart fix but no sign of life on the screen. App on phone shows data in watch is still synching but screen is dead. Watch is about 2 years old - has it got built-in obsolesence? If so, i wont be buying another one... 😞
