actually my fitbit charge 2 is not working since last one month. i thought it would work but it didnt . i dont  have the bill cause i got it as a gift . but i have the boxand other product details printed on it . can you please help me out with this.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't working and for the delay in my reply. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
