Charge 2 display not working

There is no display at my fitbit charge 2 and i have un sync my fitbit from iphone and now i cant synchronised it cause i cant have that 4 digit number needed to add fitbit to app. Please someone guide me what can i do now??

My Fitbit is still not working even i have followed your commands. The problem is there is no display and no fitbit sign shows on my Fitbit when restarting it. When there is no display how can i synchronised it again.
Please help me out or otherwise I think its just a trash.

I have exactly the same problem. The LCD display suddenly stopped working. Any number of time I try resetting it does not work. The device is syncing with the phone and the green lights are blinking. Is this to be considered trash? That would speak very poorly of a premium product if it does not last even 2 years

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2. @Shobana thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persist I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you. You will get an email from them. 

 

@vincent2017 since you don't mention any troubleshoots done I suggest you restart your tracker by checking the instructions here.

My wife’s Charge 2 screen has also stopped working, yesterday it started by showing various moving lines before going blank.

Tried restarting but still no screen, Green lights and it’s still recording on the app

My Fitbit Charge 2 also stopped displaying on March 2, 2020. It seems a few other people have also hd the same problem on the same day.

 

The fitbit syncs fairly regularly, it seems to collect all the data and charges correctly, just no display. The green lights on the bottom are flashing quickly and at the same time.

 

I have tried to restart it several times based upon YouTube clips I have seen. 

 

There was an update on my phone this morning and it said it was successful over my wireless network.

 

Is there a known problem causing the display to stop displaying?

 

Or is this a dead fitbit now?

 

I like the data it collects, but I also need the watch.

 

Please advise.
