My Charge 2 approximately 3 years old. No display, no lights on the back. However, the device shows up as a connected Bluetooth device on Windows 10 & iPhone. I've tried to reset, let the device sit for days in the hope of draining the battery. Any additional troubleshooting ideas? Thanks
