Please can anyone help.  My charge 2 used to notify me when I had a text but suddenly it has stopped.  It shows when someone is ringing.  It syncs my steps etc.  My notifications are set for text messages but isn’t working.  Please help as didn’t realise how much I miss the feature

I will assist you with your text notifications and sorry for the late reply. Also thank you for checking the notification settings. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. You can find additional suggestions here.

Sorry for late reply. I have tried all the suggestions and the extra ones via the link but still doesn’t work 👎🏻. I don’t understand as it used to work. You don’t realise how much you appreciate it until it stops working.
