Just doing a check in to see if anyone has managed to get their Charge 2 fully operational after the latest firmware release? I think it was (22.58.0) when mine became a paperweight, still sitting on my nightstand... waiting for a miracle.
Looks like after two months, that's not happening! How's everyone else?

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2. Since you don't mention any troubleshoots I suggest you try fully charging it by plugging it for a couple of hours. After this restart it. If you have already tried these steps then disregard them. I have also created a ticket for you so our Support team can further assist you via email.

Oh I've tried all the troubleshooting the moderators and support have offered. Everything happened after the firmware update. I plugged, held buttons, reset, plugged elsewhere, danced naked in the rain, and yet it still does not work. The screen doesn't come on but it says it's connected. Sometimes. Mostly.
Just wondering if anyone has recovered from the firmware charge 2 apocalypse since our last thread was locked.

Same thing. I have tried all the troubleshoots, restart, clean pins etc. with my Charge 2. Went dead as soon as I Updated app on November 1, 2019. Green lights on but screen dark and otherwise Dead. Can you create a trouble ticket for me and have someone contact me.

Same issue here. I have scoured the message board and tried all solutions - exhaustively - without any improvement. This firmware update has rendered my charge 2 useless.
Need to contact customer support or file a trouble ticket. Really disappointed in fitbit, and will start looking at other brands that do not have this issue.

Ahh it seems my charge 2 has the same problem.. it stopped working a few days ago which seems to tie in with date of the update. Tried all trouble shooting and nothing. It's on but just showing Fitbit logo and telling me to set up which it just wont do. Useless !!

Mine worked again for a bit but now back to just a watch. No messages or notifications. Frustrating! Good luck!

My Charge 2 has not synced to my Android phone since November3. I've tried all the suggested troubleshooting options.
It seems I'm not alone with this issue. Suggestions?

My Charge 2 has not synced since November 4th.
All troubleshooting steps have been followed, Fitbit support have been useless.
