I updated my Charge 2 after fitbit told me it needed updating. My phone said that the update was complete. But the Charge 2 continued to show a checkmark and was frozen in that state for over an hour. I plugged it into a charger, and the Charge 2 screen changed to the battery icon. But still, totally frozen. The battery is full, but when I put the Charge 2 on my wrist and walk around, nothing changes: I still see only the battery full icon. I've tried pressing and holding the button on the side, I've tried tapping the screen - nothing happens. FROZEN.
Please help! This update caused my Charge 2 to be completely unfunctional.
