For about a week now, my iOS Fitbit app and the Fitbit website have stopped displaying both the heart rate zone graph and the heat rate graph on the exercise detail screen.
Any suggestions on how to restore these graphs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

@CMD123, welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your missing heart rate data. This issue is being investigated by the team so hopefully they will be able to find the source of the issue and fix it. I appreciate your patience in this matter.
I'll be around.

Hi, has this issue been resolved? I have had the issue for several weeks already. The HR monitor works as it shows on the watch but just no graph after an exercise session.

Is there any update on this? It is frustrating because the heart rate data is there, just missing from the exercise detail in both the app and the portal

My Charge 2 is on it's last legs. I think I'll start looking at alternatives

I've been having this same issue for a couple of months now. I see no other purpose of the tracker than keep tabs on the heart rate. My phone fitness app tracks the excersise route without any other device.
I may also think that they disabled the heartrate so people have to buy a new tracker.
As soon as mine fails, I'm getting something different and using my phone's default fitness tracker.
