Charge 2 heart rate not syncing

I have just set up replacemnt fitbit everything is syncing except the heart rate. Would value help.

@Jmel5  Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your heart rate data isn't syncing. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. You can also turn off the heart rate sensor, save and sync your tracker then turn it to Auto and save and sync again.
