The App stopped working this AM on my Moto G6 (perhaps coinciding with a fitbit app update around midnight). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and restarted the phone numerous times as well. Bluetooth is on. I downloaded the app on my PC without a problem. Any suggestions?

Your phone is not on the list of Approved Devices. You're lucky it worked for you before. Just use the computer for syncing.

Thanks. It synced and worked flawlessly until this AM. Is there any way to remove the firmware update as this may have been what precipitated the problem?

No, Judy, once updated, Fitbits can not be returned to a previous version.

My G6 wouldn’t sync at all, until the recent Android Orio upgrade. It now seems to sync ok, at least as far as updating stats is concerned. Not tried notifications.
