Hey @mcgi7932, it is cool to see new faces around! So on the Charge 2 display, you can only see the firmware version 22.55.2 instead of your daily stats, am I right? If this is the case, let me suggest you something, try to set up your Charge 2 as a new device by following the instructions in this post and while you are setting up, leave it plugged into the charging cable.
Let me know if that works!

Hello!
I was having the same issue and followed these steps, but my Fitbit is continuing to act up. Every time I plug it in it says low battery, and then I unplug it when it's full. Then I wear it for 5 - 10 minutes or so and the cycle repeats (fitbit has a black screen and does not show notifications, plug it in, says low batt, unplug when full, works 5 - 10 minutes etc.).
What other steps can I take to resolve this issue?
