Charged Fitbit twice today and both times once off the charger it appeared to hadn’t been charged, even though the fully charged icon was displayed. On the app stats 58% charged. Was fine yesterday. Any ideas?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 losing its charge. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.

I have the same issue. Tracker was charging fine but will not hold charge after the recent update. This is important to me as I use the tracker alarms for early morning medication alert and the tracker has been dead the last two mornings. Does anyone have an email address for support in the UK? Thanks
