For the past several days, my FitBit Charge2 has been loosing steps. I will exactly the same number of steps on both my band and the app. I'll syn it a few times just to be sure. Then, without warning, it'll suddenly loose 2,000 steps or more! I've tried all the stuff about restarting, making sure I syn periodically, having it charged, etc. It's been going on for serveral days and I'm getting really frustrated with it. If this keeps up, I may switch to a different fitness band.

@76Runner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear about your missing steps and thank you for restarting it. Do you have any third party app that syncs with your Fitbit account? Have you manually log any activities on your account? These could explain why your steps are decreasing on your account. Also try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
