Charge 2 no longer syncs

Suddenly my Charge 2 has stopped syncing. Any help would be appreciated, thanks 👍

MIne has suddenly stopped too.  Was working fine yesterday (29/10/20) - last synced at 6:52pm..

 

I just deleted the App from my phone and then downloaded again from the App store and re-connected bluetooth and it starter working again.  I also have the FitBit App on my computer so made sure I did not lose any data doing this.  Good luck!

Mine stopped syncing too, yesterday, 10/28 at 17:15 and I still can’t get it to sync.  Tried restarting, turning Bluetooth off and on, removing device from Bluetooth and now I am going to remove APP from my iPhone to see if that works.  Fingers crossed.

Same here, since yesterday (2020-10-29) afternoon, my Charge 2 doesn't sync anymore. All standard tipps didn't help. Maybe a server problem?

Same here. It just stopped synching yesterday evening at 7:55pm. Help!

Apparantly update 3.33 of the app was available since 3 days ago. I just installed this new version and it worked again.

My Charge 2 synched at 11.57 on 29/10 and I can’t get it to do so since. Nor can I get any sensible support from Fitbit. Very poor customer service 😟

Did they do an update on the device and not tell us.

Same problem - Charge 2/Android. Disconnected, restarted phone & tracker, uninstalled/reinstalled app. Now won't connect at all. Also won't connect via laptop.

It was syncing earlier, but now will not sync either with the iphone or with my computer.  Help!

I'm using Android/ Google Pixel 3a. 

I did all the restart, turning off and on bluetooth, restarting phone and uninstalling stuff and didn't work. 

 

The only thing that worked for me was after I tried syncing my Charge 2 to my sister's iPhone XR FitBit app > connected successfully > disconnected Charge 2 bluetooth from her phone > Sync Charge 2 with my Google Pixel  

 

Might be that the updated version has a preference to iPhones. Not sure if it will help for others with Androids.

Mine has stopped working too since yesterday (30th oct). Tried restarting the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no luck so far. Please help

My Charge 2 firmware needs updating which I have attempted often for 2 weeks using the latest version of the FitBit app one my Pixel 2XL but it fails continually despite following all tips, then force stopping, then uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit app and restarting Charge 2.

 Charge 2 was still syncing successfully until Tues 10/27.  In an attempt to get syncing to work, I repeated all of the above steps, including a device restart, to no avail.

So finally, I unpaired my Charge 2 and now it is repeatedly failing to pair

So...it is now pretty useless since it is running outdated firmware and cannot communicate with my phone.

Had the same problem today and noticed app needed updating on ipad.  Did this and worked ok for me.

I cannot see this update - my Charge 2 is showing 3.32.1 and saying it is up to date.

 

I have not been able to sync since 27th Oct

did you lose your data when you deleted app from your phone?

I updated the iOS App manually to version 3.33 and now it works again like a charm 😁.

go to apps and update app this worked for me good luck ...great they told us LOL
