@hair4yu how long has it been on the charger? And or you using your phones charger or a wall wort?

I've seen it take 3-6 hours before any life is seen.

It’s been out of charge for a couple of days and I charged it over night and nothing on the screen turns on. Not even the life battery that shows it is charging.

Check the prongs on the charger.

I read and followed all the suggestions. Nothing worked, but on the last time I tried cleaning with a swab, I looked carefully at the 2 prong contacts on the charger. I realized that one was raised up a bit above the edge of the plastic on the charger but the other was not. It was flat and no way it was making contact.

Those prongs have a bit of a spring action it seems and 1 would not pop up. I had no luck prying it, so my husband "tapped" it on the counter and it popped up and works fine.

May have had dirt there or just got stuck. I did buy and extra charger just in case it won't come out in the future.

Just another option.
