Charge 2 not charging

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am seeing a lot of posts about the issues that I am experiencing with my Fitbit  but I am not seeing any helpful responses from anyone at Fitbit. Is there any update as to why my watch is basically worthless?

Literally any information that is not restart or clean contacts would be appreciated.

It wouldn't charge for about a week and for the past 2 weeks, it dies 10
minutes after I take it off the charger.

It sounds like you have previously seen the suggestions from fitbit in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190/

Unfortunately, those suggestions, including cleaning the contacts, are for when a fitbit fails to charge. Failing to hold a charge is a different issue and, if a restart is not helping, suggests a defective battery that you're not going to be able to fix.

I would contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

Having same problem here.  Shows it’s charged completely and within a few minutes it’s gone!

They have contacted me and suggested I do a battery test. I am hoping it'll give me some answers as to what is happening. Thank you for the help, the whole situation has been a bit frustrating,

That is how mine started and I thought I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing. It got so bad that I put it down for about 2 weeks. I just started using it again and its better but its not where it used to be... it makes it through my shift, which isnt saying much.
