Charge 2 not charging

Fitbit Charger 2 has to be charged every day and a half. Now it’s not charging at all. On app it shows full but screen is blank in a couple of hours.

@Messina Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.
