Charge 2 not downloading data

My Charge 2 no longer is downloading data to my iphone 5S. It has been fine until the last 3 days. I've not changed anything!

Not syncing and tells me it can't detect my Fitbit 😡

Sorry to hear that your trackers aren't syncing and for the delay in my response. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

It was deemed defective and I now have a new fitbit. thanks
