I have changed my mobile and I no longer can get text, call notifications on my Fitbit and it doesn't show instant heart rate on app. The fitbit does sync with phone and have ticked all the options under notifications in app but still don't get notifications. Can anyone help with my issue.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 notifications and live heart rate and thank you for checking the settings. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
