My fitbit vibrates and notifys me when I get a call but not when I get a text message.It doesn't vibrate or show me who's messaged me at all.All my notifications on my phone are on but something is not working.Any ideas?

@Claireabell1983 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Hi I've got a Sony Xperia l3.Ive tried all that reset my fitbit and Bluetooth I've reinstalled app and still not working.
