I have tried several different things and since 01/05/2019 my charge 2 won't pair or sync???? I've tried it on my tablet and phone with no success??? Help

My Charger 2 will not stay in sync, it's pretty frustruating. I was reading that these are now obsolete, is this true? I've only had it for a year😐 i'm hoping that perhaps I'm just doing something wrong to keep putting it out of sync. It looks like 1/4 of my steps were recorded. Bummer.

I just got mine in the mail yesterday and mine won't synch either or pair even though my bluetooth puts it on the list which I think means it detects it...don't know why it won't pair but I'm disgusted and plan to return it tomorrow or Monday. Luckily, although I bought it online, we have an actual physical store in town. The app downloads fine but the actual tracker screen just says to go to fitbit./setup which does not do anything to help

I'm to the point where I'm going to replace it with something else, it won't be another fitbit charger. My dad always told me that when buying a product to go for the item with the least amount of bells and whistles so when something goes wrong with it there is less to fix. I will find one thst just keeps track of my steps and heart rate. I hope your fitbit can be fixed, especially since you just made the purchase.
