Same issue since 24th ...
Worked perfectly before then unable to sync and stuck after entering the 4 digit code.

I will assist you with your Charge 32 not syncing and sorry for the delay in my response. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

Hi,
it succeed after receiving and using the fitbit bluetooth dongle + app to sync the tracker with my mac.
Then, it was able to sync again with my smartphone.
